The processing of a reservation through the website www.corporezaragoza.com, implies the express acceptance by the client of each and every one of the general conditions that are considered an integral part of the reservation and are completed with the applicable specific legistation.<\/p>\n

RESERVATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

At the time of making the reservation, it is made by secure payment by credit card, whose amount is indicated on the corresponding payment page, not considered firm until the payment is made. The client will received the details of their reservation by e-mail.<\/p>\n

The credit card data are introduced in a secure web page, and are transferred by SSL.<\/p>\n

The minimum age for booking is 18 years old.<\/p>\n

CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>\n

When making the reservation, the client is fully and exclusively responsible for the accuracy of all the information stated. In case of checking its incorrectness, it could cause the cancellation of the reservation.<\/p>\n

CHANGES IN THE RESERVATION<\/strong><\/p>\n

Changes can be made to the reservation by notifying a minimum of 2 working days before the reservation by telephone and such changes will be conditioned by the center’s agenda.<\/p>\n

CANCELLATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n

At all times the client can desist from the services requested or contracted, without having the right to a refund of the amount that had been paid up to that moment.<\/p>\n

RETURNS<\/strong><\/p>\n

The return of the reservation will only be made for justified cause *. A 5% will be applied for management charges.<\/p>\n
